Parent Fundraiser and Volunteer Commitment Policy
Fundraising and volunteering are an important part of our Club’s activities, and an integral aspect to it's continuing success. We are a non-profit organization whose board members are volunteers. We understand fundraising and volunteering can be time consuming, however we do our best to keep it easy and fun. It is expected that each family participates in fundraising and volunteers regularly throughout the season to keep program costs affordable. Program costs (ice time, coaching, etc.) are off-set through grants, volunteering and fundraising.
Volunteering generally takes place at the Skate-a-thon and Ice Show and will require a couple of hours total from each family. Commitments may increase depending on Covid-19 Protocols.
Fundraising opportunities will occur throughout the season with the expectation that each family raises $50 per session.
